Overview

As part of Human Resources department, the Human Resources Business Partner for Arizona Baseball Operations will support the Club's overall strategy by ensuring HR policies and procedures meet the needs and goals of the organization and leadership at our Spring Training Complex in Phoenix Arizona. Responsibilities include administering projects and information related to onboarding, training, workplace culture, and employee relations.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Recruit high quality employees and administer the hiring process.
• Manage a successful onboarding experience for new hires, promotions, and job changes, ensuring employees and departments are fully supported and are set up for success.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment through accurate employee transactions, effective employee relations investigations, and culture events and activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience with recruiting, onboarding, and navigating employee relations. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
