Job Description
Overview
Summary Responsible for overseeing activities related to the renewal and servicing of Premium Suites at American Family Field. Duties including but not limited to: contributing to the development of an integrated business plan, forming and maintaining relationships with key contacts, and collaborating to create a positive experience for each Premium customer to encourage renewal of existing contracts.

• Manage all aspects of Suiteholder events; including coordination with design team on invitations, tracking RSVP's and working with other departments needed to implement event.
• Assist Premium clients with special requests and ticket fulfillment.
• Facilitate Experiences program from creation to execution of in-game benefits for Suiteholders including tracking & communications.
• Assist with handling in-game duties for the Premium Department for roughly 30 home games per year; supervising concierge staff and interns, executing pre-game and in-game promotions and fulfilling Suite visits and special requests for Suiteholders
• Assist in report creation, finding ways to make processes of data collection more automated and efficient.
• Help prepare and execute all Postseason information for Suiteholders, including invoices, databases, payment, tracking, etc.
• Facilitate onboarding of new lease partners.
• Maintain Suite lease information; track current Suite leases, payment schedules, benefits.
• Assist in invoicing process and payment monitoring.
• Coordinate all schedule selections with clients and distribution of the details internally.
• Manage the contract and information database.
• Create annual timeline for Premium Service department.
• Oversee creation of collateral and reference forms for annual internal & external use as to improve client experience and sales initiatives.
• Assist with suite rental procedures and inventory tracking.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Work Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
