Overview

As part of the Marketing department, the Coordinator–Marketing will act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders with marketing and creative requests. This role will support projects to ensure they are on brand and align with marketing strategies and priorities. This individual works closely with the team to execute integrated advertising, marketing, and branding campaigns for the Club.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure projects track towards established objectives and are in line with MBBC brand and marketing goals using project management tools.
• Determine prioritization of project requests to define the most effective approach to meet stakeholder needs and expectations and optimize efficiency with appropriate level of effort.
• Develop project plans to present to stakeholder(s) and creative team.
• Communicate frequently and effectively to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure project needs are being met on time and on budget, and meet a high standard of excellence
• Assist with Club's media strategy based on consumer segmentation, the marketing mix and support developing media plans for various marketing campaigns, including game-series advertising

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have high attention to detail, and exceptional project management skills.
