Our episodic content airs and streams globally, in over 180 countries.

The main responsibility will be to work day by day, on the floor with the artist, organize the meetings, and follow the advancement of the work, daily reporting to the production coordinator the status of the department and if there is any issue or lack of inventory.

Tracking
• Assist the Production coordinator to ensure all Shotgun statuses are up to date at all times, either during reviews, either immediately out of the review.
• Hold rounds with the team
• Maintain the crew planning file (with sickness/holidays/country/start and end date)
• Update and maintain contact list for the department.
• Ensure the team have all that they need to hit upcoming milestones/Deliveries and help to chase upstream departments for dependencies.

Review
• Set up review and Dailies sessions and take notes when required by the coordinator.
• Prepare the room / the playlists and gather the team to ensure that everybody is there on time

Reporting
• Daily reporting back any delays/concerns to the production coordinator and team supervisor/leads

Qualifications
• Good organizational and project monitoring skills
• Ability to demonstrate ability to grasp priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changes during production
• Demonstrate autonomy and assiduity
• Be comfortable with the PC environment
• Knowing an asset manager like SHOTGUN
• Being able to work under pressure and keep smiling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A strong passion for visual effects and cinema
• Professional experience in audiovisual and/or animated feature film is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
