TV Production Coordinator, International

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Create and update the pre-production and production checklists on a daily basis
• Build TV show timeline calendar and the production binder
• Distribute MGM's Production Manual, COVID-19 Protocols, and MGM Production Form Templates for each show
• Set up Writers Room
• Assist the EP or Line Producer on setting up the production office during Soft Prep
• Set-up in Scenechronize and oversee proper organized structure, including Box Structure and Google Doc
• Book travel and track SVP of Production and EP's Prep Expenses
• Complete and distribute all MGM production related paperwork
• Liaise with Creative Team to make sure Production has the most up-to-date outlines and scripts
• Attend all Production meetings with SVP and update the Development coordinators providing seamless communication workflow
• Source the Insurance Quote and Package for the show and facilitate issuing Insurance Certs and other needed paperwork to the production office
• Assist Production Finance in setting up CC authorizations, P-card distribution, payroll software, and vendor onboarding

Responsibilities:
• BA/BS degree required
• 1-3 years of professional experience at a studio or production company
• Demonstrated passion for film/television
• Self-starter with a driven, motivated work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and work independently
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
