Job Description
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Events to join its Marketing Team. This individual will report directly to the Vice President, Events to support all aspects of the department's experiential and event production efforts including but not limited to screenings, premieres, festivals, cocktail receptions, set visits, FYC experiences, markets, activations and more. The Senior Coordinator will also lead all awards and VIP giftings efforts on behalf of the department. Submission of an event production portfolio is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and lead day-to-day activities for all markets, events, screenings, experiences, etc:
• Participate in team brainstorms and provide creative ideas that can be turned into real life experiences
• Support the creation of mock-ups, mood boards, etc. based on ideas generated during brainstorms
• Support day-to-day communication with top vendors, caterers, venues, rental companies, designers
• Support onsite production, set up and strike for all events and experiences
• Support the creation and management of seating charts and will call ticketing as well as check in tables
• Support venue set visits, vendor tours, etc. by attending and scheduling follow up meetings as needed
• Lead brand ambassador programs for events or experiences and become an onsite point of contact
• Manage the creation/revision process for invitations including design, artwork, copy, timelines
• Manage the creation/revision process for RSVP digital platform (Splash) including design/copy/artwork
• Lead the deployment of all invitations, guest communication, digital tickets/links and field guest questions
• Create, manage and keep organized all guest list trackers for events, screenings and experiences
• Create and maintain event deliverables charts and update as the completion of tasks progresses
• Provide top-tier treatment to all event attendees with a professional demeanor
• Lead and manage select awards and VIP gifting program elements:
• Maintain merch program deliverables and timelines, setting meetings with department heads to review
• Lead creation of product pitch decks and set meetings to review with teams
• Lead day-to-day communication with merch vendors and oversee the creation of final go to print proofs
• Send final ready-to-print proofs to associated department heads for final sign off
• Aggregate all necessary logos, title treatments, artwork, etc. from associated departments for manufactures
• Lead quality control checks on poof/mock-ups to ensure overall creative aligns with MGM standards
• Manage product production, shipping and delivery timelines to ensure in-hands dates are met
• Proactively resolve issues related to products, inventory, shipping, delivery with manufactures
• Manage and create internal merch inventory tracker and update as products come and go

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3+ years non-internship event production experience ideally at a studio or experiential agency
• Extremely strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Experience with supporting production efforts for large scale virtual and in person events
• Experience leading event ticketing, invitation creation, seat plotting and guest list management
• Experience leading check-in tables, will-call ticketing and troubleshooting Q&As
• Experience managing awards and VIP gifting requests starting with ideation through product delivery
• Proven track record to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and partners
• Experience managing and maintaining budgets along with processing invoices for vendors
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners including talent, executives and more
• Comfortable making tough decisions under pressure and the ability to pivot on the fly
• Embraces a can-do attitude and has a true passion for the event production industry
• Ability to support select administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, billing oversight, etc
• Ability to participate in domestic and international travel over weekdays and/or weekends
• Ability to work select nights and/or weekends for onsite event production, load-in and strike
• Understanding of experiential marketing principles including various forms of onsite, digital, social, grassroots, TV/Radio and out of home
