Job Description

THE POSITION – Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager will work to create, execute, maintain a marketing strategy to support shows promoted by Mammoth in the Northeast Region. Reporting to the head of the NY office, and support from the home office, the Regional Marketing Manager will be the main point of contact and responsible for all marketing strategies in the region.

· Work with the national team to create a stand market supported marketing strategy.

· Marketing multiple events from on sale to close

· Creation, Implementation and execution of marketing plans for each individual show.

· Build productive and beneficial working relationships with media outlets in markets where shows are being promoted.

· Work hand in hand with venue marketing teams.

· Become the local face in the national Mammoth Live Marketing initiative.

· Deliver weekly reports on future and ongoing marketing efforts.

· Present working knowledge of events and promotions with the national team in weekly meetings.

· Creation and deliver of Adpacks.

· Assist with development, growth and goals of our marketing department.

· Works with Buyer, Managing Director, Marketing Director, Promotions Administrator, Media Buyer, Digital department, other marketers, venue contacts, co promoters & other key players regarding company goals pertaining to event marketing, operational marketing, sponsorship goals and venue/agency relationships

· Training of any new team members brought into the marketing department when needed such as new marketers and/or interns as well as reporting to our supervising team feedback on these members

· Establish intern program.

· Consulting with other marketing members when needed/requested on their campaigns

· Attending meetings/calls regarding learning about new marketing outlets

· Work with the Managing Director and Marketing Director on any marketing department organization and structural changes needed which includes adapting current systems & spreadsheets and creating new ones.

· Research and establish relationships with 3rd party marketing elements when needed

· Staying educated on new marketing elements.

· Being on site for some major events you are marketing when requested

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

· 3 to 5 years in Concert / Live event Promotions or Marketing experience.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong collaboration skills

· Have a working knowledge of digital ad placement, analytics, and retargeting from audience acquisition to conversion through Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, Programmatic, Google Adwords, etc.
