Positon Summary

Assisting the Financial controller and Snr Management Accountant with various tasks within the UK finance
department The role is expected to grow as candidate becomes more experienced
Study support after 6 months.

What you'll do:
• Coding supplier invoices for processing and assisting with obtaining management approvals.
• Production of weekly finance reports.
• Liaising with suppliers by phone and email with finance related queries.
• Checking employee expense forms submissions.
• Analysis of opex spend.
• Analysis of timecards on a weekly basis
• Processing payments using the company credit card
• Monthly credit card statement reconciliations
• Checking employee expense forms submissions
• Reconciliation of employee holiday and TOIL balances
• Overseeing timecards completion
• Providing weekly travel and meals cost reports for show producers
• Other ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:
• Ongoing financial education beneficial
• Strong organizational skills
• Work effectively to deadlines
• Detail orientated
• Entry level financial admin experience a plus
• Microsoft Excel, Any financial software is advantageous
