Job Description
The Centerfield Activations Coordinator will be responsible for the programming and execution of entertainment and activations in the newly renovated Centerfield Plaza. They will book all Centerfield Plaza entertainers and vendors and coordinate logistics in advance of the event. On game day they will lead all aspects of the execution of these activations. This individual will work closely with Stadium Operations and all other internal stakeholders’ teams to troubleshoot on site and assign game day staff.

Job Functions:
• Represent the Los Angeles Dodgers brand in a professional and upbeat manner at all times
• Book and coordinate pre-game and in-game entertainment
• This person will work closely on the programming continuity with the Dodgers marketing and DodgerVision teams; including music, audio, LED and television monitor programming at all locations in the new CF plaza areas
• Coordinate and assign Blue Crew staff to various Centerfield Activations including photo ops, batting cages, play areas and activations
• Assist with set-up/break down at all assigned events and activations
• Lead all aspects of line management for various events and activations in the Centerfield Plaza
• Work with Stadium Operations and all other internal stakeholders’ teams team to troubleshoot on site
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR one to three years related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and social skills with a positive, upbeat personality and ability to provide quick and professional responses
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills
• Able to quickly tackle practical problems as they interact with fans and special guests
• Ability to speak and/or read in the Spanish language is a plus
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 100% of all home games for the 2022 Season (April – September) and postseason games (October)
