Job Description
THE JOB

Seeking a Concerts Talent Coordinator for our fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Be an integral part of the Talent Buying team for venues, festivals and other great live music experiences.This person will provide general assistance to one talent buyer, working on all venues, festivals and properties she touches. This person will work hand-in-hand within all facets of the concerts department as well as with other music industry professionals. This person must have a good music
knowledge, be organized, have excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Take holds / manage concert calendar
• Manage calls and messages in a professional and organized way
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Manage to do lists
• Assist in building offers and compiling venue information, talent and other documents
• Draft, format and review documents with attention to grammar and spelling
• Forge and maintain relationships with agents, assistants and other talent buyers
• Send confirmations
• Coordinate flow of information through proper facets (i.e to director, other buyers, contracts team, marketing team and production team)
• Send show finals
• Maintain familiarity of local bands and assist in finding support acts
• Be in the 'know' of national touring acts and music industry trends
• General assistance on festivals & venues on which talent buyers manage
• Assist in managing on sales
• Ability to quickly learn show management software.
• Other duties as needed

• Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects and events
• Ability to travel
