THE VENUE BRAND MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Venue Brand Management team is the get stuff done, turn-problems-into-solutions, make our clients look like the rock stars, driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division. THE JOB

The Program Administrator will work to assist in the implementation of and support overseeing technical asset system programs for the team with the goal of increasing efficiency and contractual obligations. The Program Administrator is responsible for observing and monitoring system activity to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement, work with key stakeholders to design and implement strategies and/or solutions, while documenting process / workflows and system requirements.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Consult with leadership to determine what role specific programs play in the business and help to identify platforms to support the business/team
• Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality to systems for the benefit of the team
• Prepare benefits analysis on new platforms if/when needed
• Identify and suggest program solutions by defining and analyzing problems, designing and validating standards and solutions
• Understand and deliver consistent reporting to leadership on all asset related insights
• Train team members on internal asset management programs and processes
• Create instruction manuals for asset management programs as reference for team members
• Audit and test systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function
• Coordinate testing and process changes through the organization as needed
• Provide first-level technical support for inventory management program users (other systems as determined); elevating as necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Background & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of work experience in a technology related role, demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a data-driven mindset to report on and optimize large data sets
• Ability to think through and solve complex issues
• Growth mindset with proven track record for trying new, innovative approaches
• Self-starter and solutions-driven

• Superior project management skills
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• A proactive, collaborative, and organized working style
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations and direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Asana, SalesForce, CRM Software
• Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends
