Job Description
The Role:

We are looking for an Executive assistant to support the President of Live Nation Nashville Music and Business Strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Expertly manage daily schedule and calendar.
• Coordinate all travel logistics, both domestic and international.
• Screen and handle telephone and email communications.
• Review all mail correspondence and direct to appropriate parties.
• Maintain and execute expense reports.
• Greet and direct visitors.
• Serve as liaison between executive and other departments as directed.
• Manage communication flow for Nashville office in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support with writing, editing and formatting internal and external communication including memos, emails and presentations.
• Create and distribute regular reports, working with various departments and using various internal systems.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, databases, files and documentation.
• Track invoices and payments.
• Execute various documents per company guidelines including artist contracts and venue leases.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings with internal teams as well as external partners and associates.
• Organize special events - coordinate dates, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities.
• Manage Nashville charitable sponsorships, activities and donations.
• Serve as liaison to HR team for onboarding and other local matters.
• Supervise and execute VIP ticketing for clients, partners and associates. Serve as onsite liaison as needed.
• Coordinate, supervise, and complete special projects.
• Work concerts and other events as needed.
• Responsible for handling highly confidential information.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with a concert promoter, entertainment venue, booking agency, artist management company or record label.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
• Must be competent in problem solving issues related to mobile devices as well as PC and Mac computers.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must have strong communications verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a willing to learn and able to listen actively.
• Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.
• Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the executive and the company.
