Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 24 lanes of bowling, 2 bars, featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. Located in the heart of the historic Fishtown neighborhood, adjacent to The Fillmore and The Punchline in what has become a burgeoning entertainment district, the venue is slated to open Q4, 2021, and will be Brooklyn Bowl's fourth location.

Job Description:
The Stagehand is responsible for ensuring the success of the show and event productions by performing technical aspects related to the shows production. They assist in the assembly and disassembly of show productions including loading and unloading trucks, assembling equipment on stage, and construction of set pieces, risers, and musical equipment. The Stagehand will assist with video, sound, and light production before, during, and after the show.

Responsibilities:
• Performs the load-in of band equipment and rental equipment
• Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists
• Cabling; assist audio crew as directed
• Band Set changes
• Ensure that members of the band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s)
• Control access points including backstage, dressing rooms, etc. as directed
• Communicate the details of the evening's event to production crew
• Hang show banners, update marquees and other sign-age in the venue
• Coordinate the food trays for the band
• Assist lighting crew as directed; Spotlight operation if required
• Maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment
• May assist the Stage Manager with show passes
• Maintain and secure house back line, and supplies
• Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items
• Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
• Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lambs, gels, cabling, etc.
• Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner
• Assist with any Special Events operations

Qualifications:
• 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• Will be lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Will be working in an environment with moderate to loud noise level
• Technically minded/knowledge of show production preferred
• Tolerant of working in fast paced environment
• Capable of following instructions and working well with others

• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
