THE TEAM

Implement and integrate Oracle Financials applications into core Oracle ERP solutions for international business. As a critical service provider, we focus on delivering industry best practice methodologies to allow the smooth running of the day-to-day operational functions. We provide essential service to internal customers spanning 20 different geographies. Your role is to maintain exceptional service levels, enhance the system offers, and manage relationships with your customers.

In addition to the operations and implementation requirements to support our business, this is vital within the LNE International Finance Technology team. This role is customer-focused with the financial departments of the LNE international business.

THE JOB

This position will provide implementation and operational support for the Oracle EBS modules - General Ledger, Oracle Projects, Payables, Receivables and Cash Management. EBS Cloud experience for these modules is required, along with robust analysis and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of working on supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential. Lead Implementation activities that impact the critical directions of the organization. You will be assigned critical and strategic projects that are high-risk undertakings.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. The ability to communicate effectively with business users and prepare documentation for requirements, application configurations, test scripts, training material and functional specifications is essential for this position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Experience ERP functional analyst provide a hands-on delivery role in the team supporting UAT, Cutover, Go-live and Hyper care activities, and their alignment to the overall signed-off solution.
• Analyst working on producing solution options and recommendations for any change requests and guiding the team towards delivery of solutions in line with the ERP Cloud approved architecture and standards.
• Research and resolve complex system-related issues. You will be assigned to the most critical, strategic and high-risk undertakings for the organization.
• Produce documentation as needed, including functional specifications, test scripts and configuration setups
• Create and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc.
• Perform configuration setups to support business needs, identify impacts of configuration changes
• Create when necessary or needed SQL queries to support business reporting needs
• Follow change request procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize tasks

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Must have full of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Financials for EMEA markets with strong Oracle Financials background. Demonstrable success in support and deployment across segregated businesses spanning multiple geographies.
• Hands-on experience in at least one Oracle Cloud ERP project.
• Experience of Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud Products.
• Good Understanding of Reporting using Oracle BI and Splash BI.
• Hands-on experience in setting up users, roles and security including data access.
• Desirable EPM/PBCS experience.
• Desirable accounting background
• Training and Testing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels; both internally and externally
• Familiarity with working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that conform to the solution architecture defined
• Demonstrable ability to engage with vendors and review technical proposals from a commercial angle to ensure technical solutions meet client's business objectives.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, seek and integrate diverse views into designs and manage by influence.
• A self-starter and a completer finisher – can start and run with complex work to a conclusion with limited assistance.
• Robust functional analysis, analytical thinking, problem-solving, issue resolution and detailed oriented
• Ability to work effectively with Oracle developers on the design and functional testing of custom development items
• Proficient with query tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL/Plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
• You communicate clearly and transparently; have strong organizational and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
