The Role:

The Sr. Director, NFT Marketing & Account Management will play a critical role in shaping and accelerating Ticketmaster's Enterprise NFT offering. The individual will guide clients and internal Ticketmaster teams in the development and implementation of NFT marketing and fan communication strategies while working closely with clients to articulate the NFT value prop and support the execution of NFT campaigns. They will advise internal teams on business and product strategies based on client feedback and will help to establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success.

The ideal candidate is a flexible thinker with deep knowledge of B2C marketing strategies, who excels at building business cases and has a proven track record of success serving top tier clients across all levels of an organization. They are a creative and proactive problem solver with strong project management skills, who is passionate about NFTs and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:
• Liaison between NFT product team and clients, helping to document and communicate product and business requirements based on client use cases and feedback
• Articulate NFT value prop to Ticketmaster clients and internal teams
• Assist clients in developing NFT concepts and strategies that align with both client and Ticketmaster business objectives
• Build and/or contribute to business cases to support the expansion of Ticketmaster's NFT offering
• Develop integrated marketing plans, to be activated by both Ticketmaster and clients, to generate consumer interest in client NFT drops and drive consumer activity within NFT marketplaces
• Develop fan education and communication plans to drive understanding, awareness and claim/purchase of NFTs
• Help establish and monitor KPIs to measure and communicate success of NFT initiatives
• Establish processes to ensure successful activation of client NFT campaigns
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure clients have access to the data necessary to understand and measure project success
• Serve as an internal expert on NFTs and educate others across Ticketmaster
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop client and fan-facing materials around NFTs
• Translate data into insights and action
• Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers
• Lead calls and meetings with clients; developing storylines and content to be shared

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing
• 7+ years' experience in Account Management and Marketing, with a focus on strategy and performance
• Previous crypto/blockchain experience and live event or ticketing industry experience strongly preferred
• 5-7 years' experience planning, coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong quantitative skills including analytical abilities
• Passion and knowledge of trends and current events as they relate to live entertainment and NFTs/blockchain
• Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Creative problem-solver
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Very strong competence in Microsoft Office products- particularly Excel and PowerPoint
