Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• You will deliver product training on product functionality and features.
• Communicate and introduce new or unused functionality to the markets to improve the knowledge of our internal users.
• You are responsible for planning, preparing and delivering training of new ticketing products alongside Project Management and Product Management to assist during the rollout and implementation and to speed up the adoption of complex and strategic products and features.
• Improve ticketing business processes and deliver consulting to your clients and International staff on product usage.
• Plan, prioritise and deliver training, configuration and consulting during new country expansion in conjunction with Project Management Office.
• Create storyboards and build videos, tutorials, and other e-Learning material. Administer these courses in our Learning Management System.
• Produce and update training materials and user documentation such as User Guides, Job Aids and guidelines for existing and newly developed products and tools.
• Develop metrics and provide key performance indicators. Compile reports and present outcome regarding training activity and documentation usage to evaluate efficiency and impact of work.
• Actively improve training and documentation methods, techniques and processes in collaboration with the team; seek ways to remove constraints & waste.
• Independently prioritise training requests and projects and apply defined team processes and procedures.
• Become the subject matter expert for specific products and take ownership of internal communication and training needs.
• Work closely with product, dev, support and provide clarity on training and documentation processes and requirements.
• Mentor less experienced team members. Provide guidance on training topics and lead them in completing training projects.
• Take a proactive role in promoting the department and ensuring that it is at the forefront of the Ticketmaster business.
• Work independently or together with the Training Director on strategic initiatives, develop general training vision and individual strategies for assigned products and projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Proven experience in either a product (software) training role or have detailed knowledge of a ticketing system
• Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of the professional function with in-depth specialisation in some.
• Be able to develop and implement comprehensive product training programs and methods, both live and online, including analysis and recommendation of new training methods/opportunities.
• Expertise in training delivery, training design and training needs assessment.
• Previous experience in ticketing or entertainment industries, with an understanding of industry terminology and ticketing concepts.
• Be able to analyse requirements, design learning objectives and deliver courses in multiple formats.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.
• Demonstrable knowledge of e-Learning Authoring Tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia or others.
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and to articulate complex subjects to business users.
• Ability to present training vision and -projects to upper management.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
