Contract Terms: FTC - 1 year contract

THE JOB

Being a part of the marketing team you will be focusing on Brand Marketing and Social Media. You are responsible for various campaigns for Germany and the Central Europe Region (DE, AT, CH, PL, CZ) with the goal of further increasing Ticketmaster's brand awareness. You should proactively contribute your ideas and help shaping the strategic planning.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• TV, print, OOH or digital campaigns - you are responsible for all reach and brand awareness as well as seasonal campaigns of Ticketmaster (planning, implementation and reporting).
• You are responsible of working with external agencies and other stakeholders.
• Together with the marketing team you are developing marketing plans and proactively contributing your expertise. You are constantly in touch with our biggest promotor clients and you are always closely aligned with our sales team and you are in charge of managing big projects.
• Together with influencer agencies and other partners you are also in charge of Ticketmaster's TikTok channel and other social media channels to increase brand awareness.
• You are working closely together with our graphic designer on developing and supervising creative ideas and briefings on artworks, on- and offline designs and other campaigns (B2C and B2B). You are finding suitable offers for various projects and you are in charge of any communication with (creative) partners.
• You always keep the overview of current and upcoming projects, understand users' and customers' needs.
• Also, you are helping in the daily business and are supporting operative work in social media, website/content and CRM.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• You are experienced in Marketing (5+ years) and successfully completed your studies with a focus on Marketing/Communication.
• You have a high affinity for e-commerce, online marketing and web services. You have a passion for music & the live industry and enjoy the working in the field of concerts, theater and sports.
• You have successfully managed big marketing campaigns (Offline/Online, TV, Print, OOH) and you are experienced working together with agencies (creative agencies, media agencies, social media agencies) and excel in marketing project management.
• You enjoy working on a strategic level, but you are not afraid of being hands on and helping with operative day-to-day business tasks. You are a marketing allrounder and you are experienced in the fields of social media, CRM and content management.
• You have a creative mind, enjoy writing texts and briefings and you have a excellent feeling for design. Ideally who have been working with several design programs in the past already (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator).
• You have structured way of working, you are thorough and a detail lover but you never loose focus. You can work under pressure, you have excellent time and project management skills. You are solution-orientated and a communication expert.
• Very good German skills are required. You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• You are experienced in working in an international company and have very good English skills.
