Role Description

Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for music and marketing to the position of Sr Manager, Marketing & Creative Solutions (Regional).

In this role you'll be tasked with creating marketing programmes for prospective regional corporate partners in an effort to win profitable business while working in a fun and dynamic environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Demonstrable experience in brand marketing, advertising, media, digital or entertainment / music / sports marketing
• Strong skills/experience in storytelling and writing client proposals
• Confident presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas internally and externally
• Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks
• High degree of self-initiative
• Fluency using Microsoft Office / Apple products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Keynote
• Conversant in music culture / popular culture
• Knowledge of UK regional marketing + brand landscape a plus
• Experience with online research tools preferred (e.g., YouGov, GWI)

What the Role Includes

This position's primary role is to develop marketing programmes for prospective brand partners leveraging the latest Live Nation properties, assets, and products (regional focus) in collaboration with the sales team. Responsibilities include:
• Create compelling, sellable and executable regional marketing programmes and packages for prospective brand partners
• Leverage proprietary and third party research assets to uncover insights, beliefs and behaviours of music fans as pertaining to brand and proposition
• Develop visually pleasing proposals leveraging Live Nation tools/templates and image archives
• Brief Jr Graphic Designer on creative elements require for proposal development
• Develop detailed budgets for proposed marketing programmes
• Balance client goals and requests with Live Nation stakeholder requirements
• Where necessary, periodically attend pitches/client meetings to present programme alongside the sales team
