Role Description

The Marketing Partnerships department is responsible for commercial brand partnerships across the Live Nation family. Our digital programmes, capabilities and expert execution are a renowned and vital element that make Live Nation a leader in our industry and in the wider sponsorship landscape. The position of Digital Senior Manager is an integral leadership position within this successful and high performing team.

The Digital Senior Manager is responsible for working across the entire lifecycle of campaigns – from coming up with brilliant ideas in response to client briefs to successful management and delivery of campaigns. The role requires a detailed knowledge of digital marketing and an expert understanding of social media content and trends alongside proven experience of seamlessly delivering complex campaigns with internal and external stakeholders for multiple brand partners.

What the role includes
• Create high quality digital concepts and programmes to pitch into new and existing brand partners:
• Work with clients to truly understand business requirements, objectives and what the partner is trying to achieve.
• Develop engaging digital solutions to create inspiring programmes that deliver against key metrics.
• Be aware of Live Nation's digital capabilities and use products to maximum effect.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals to ensure that the overall client objective is correctly addressed.
• Present proposals that are bought by clients
• Lead execution of digital programmes and contractual marketing rights that have been sold into brand partners:
• Ensure successful delivery of digital programmes, including planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders groups to ensure their part in delivery of each programme.
• Proactively resolve any challenges with delivery and ensure that delivery is always to agreed deadlines and stays within the allocated budgets.
• Ensure effective communication with account managers and sales functions as needed.
• Monitor active campaign performance and optimise delivery for maximum return for brand partners.
• Assist clients in achieving ROI goals to ensure maximum renewal opportunities
• Manage Digital team freelancers and third-party contractors
• Oversee external and internal parties to manage the creative direction and production of content for digital programmes.
• Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are always hit and each project is appropriately budgeted.
• Ensure creative excellence for each programme by managing existing creators and identifying and onboarding new talent.
• Be a great mentor and leader to Digital team freelancers and contractors
• Provide high quality digital team assets
• Develop visually engaging case study documentation showcasing programme assets and delivery.
• Develop digital sales material to aid Sales team and Marketing Solutions in pitches.
• Contribute to the Digital Playbook
