THE JOB

Live Nation Entertainment's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live music, expertise in analytical solutions, and a zeal to lead a highly productive team as Manager, Research & Analytics.

The Measurement team at Live Nation is creating an industry-first experiential measurement solution to help quantify the value of live as a differentiated medium. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

You will work closely with the product, analytics, and measurement teams to make sense of data and tell a cohesive story for brands and prove their ROI. You will play an instrumental part in developing the future standard of experiential measurement through the use of progressive technologies, data science techniques, and creative storytelling.
• Demonstrate the value of Live Nation's experiential marketing platform to partner brands and advertisers via synthesizing insights & results-driven recaps
• Templatize standard reporting and provide custom brand-specific insights via compelling storytelling that leverages various datasets and technological solutions to prove the value of experiential as a medium
• Use proprietary and 3rd party market research tools to contextualize and present campaign results to brands
• Work closely with brand management and integrated teams to develop, define, and optimize experiential marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to create measurement benchmarks across brand categories
• Standardize reporting and metrics for marketing effectiveness
• Work with Product teams to develop new and enhance existing analytics and measurement products
• Interface with research vendors, diagnose and recommend methodologies, provide recommendations on partner selection and manage research projects

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5 - 8 years experience in consumer insights, research, and measurement
• Bachelor's degree with a demonstrated customer-facing, consultative expertise
• Experience in working with multiple disparate data sources to weave together a comprehensive story
• Comfortable being hands-on with data using Excel, SPSS, Tableau or other advanced data manipulation tools.
• Experience with measurement & research vendors and technologies like comScore, Nielsen, YouGov, Dynata, Kantar as well as a working understanding of web and analytics tools (Google Analytics), event collectors (MParticle), DMPs, and SalesForce Marketing Cloud
• Media and advertising measurement experience (planning and reporting) across multiple mediums especially experiential, digital display, and video.
• Experience with attitudinal survey methodologies
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to the needs of the business in an agile fashion
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
