Recruitment Advisor, Europe (6 months FTC)

Contract Terms: 6 months fixed term with view to go permanent, 9-5pm / 9:30-5:30pm

THE JOB

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent and creative recruiter who is looking for a challenge to be accountable for the inhouse recruitment for our Ticketmaster roles across Europe, (non-UK). The role will cover a wide range of corporate roles including Marketing, Finance, Client Services, etc, at all levels of the business. You will need to have experience looking after roles in these areas, either inhouse or agency, along with a passion for introducing innovative ways to attract new talent.

The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for designing a strategy for each campaign, considering suitable job boards for the local market. Overall ensuring that suitable candidates are considered that match technical requirements and the Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) culture. Working collaboratively with hiring managers, the recruiter will ensure adequate quality and quantity of candidates, additional to building a longer-term resourcing strategy.

This position is ideal for someone who would like to progress into an Advisor position, make the move inhouse or simply join a fantastic global company full of opportunities! The position will begin on a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to go permanent, as this is a newly created role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Drive recruitment practices which encourage direct hiring and promote internal mobility
• Be the main point of contact for hiring managers, supporting the end to end recruitment process
• Be confident in presenting to senior business leaders including Vice Presidents, in order to train and convey the importance of in-house recruitment versus using agencies
• Conduct interviews on behalf or alongside managers when required
• Help create job descriptions, including adverts, for new positions in the company
• Headhunt for difficult to fill roles via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Create a pipeline of candidates for niche roles
• Screen CV's for all requested roles, sending hiring managers a shortlist
• Create a strategy for how best to run their advertising campaigns, using various methodologies
• Negotiate terms with agencies, whilst maintaining a preferred supplier list
• Deliver any duties and adhoc projects as instructed by senior management

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES)
• Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition Advisor and/or Recruitment Agency role
• Experience of headhunting for corporate head office positions
• Experience of implementing direct sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Ability to provide interesting content to be shared on social media to attract talent
• Experience in marketing exciting job adverts and job descriptions
• Ability to effectively use online databases to source talent
• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
• Knowledge of the latest trends in sourcing talent
• Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven experience in conducting phone/zoom interviews
• Strong people engagement and stakeholder skills
