THE JOB
Live Nation Entertainment's Media & Sponsorship Division is looking for a Product Manager to assist in the successful creation and implementation of new products related to its venues and festivals that its sales team will bring to market to drive new revenue from corporate advertisers. These products range from the physical (ex. branded viewing areas at our clubs and theaters) to the phygital (ex. sponsored festival mobile apps). During the product development phase, the Product Manager will assist the VP of Venue and Festival Product Development in the collection, organization and synthesis of detailed information from a variety of internal stakeholders including marketing, venue operations and festival promoters as well as external vendors and partners. Once a product has been green-lighted, the Product Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of the project to ensure timely delivery of the product to the sales organization.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Report on project status clearly, consistently and reliably
• Maintain accurate project reporting information and up-to-date project assets and metrics
• Identify and resolve changes in scope, schedules and resource requirements
• Identify and communicate delivery risks and develop mitigation plans
• Understand and maintain focus on business value and KPI each new product is seeking to impact
• Establish priorities, manages timelines, develops process/leverages existing process, and pushes projects forward and achieve objectives
• Execute projects from conception to completion while maintaining a holistic perspective while also breaking down the big picture into manageable phases of work
• Lead efficient meetings and guide a group towards agreed upon objectives
• Adjust delivery approach, language and level of detail to meet audience needs
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in a client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising agency
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
• Experience with project management software a plus
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale, complex, cross discipline projects, including scope definition, schedule development and management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
