Front Gate Tickets is North America's leading software and operations provider for the festival market. We provide technical solutions for e-commerce ticketing, access control, data management, and fan engagement. We partner and run on-site operations for over 200 festivals each year and are on a massive growth trajectory matched by no one in the industry. We do it for the fans!

Front Gate is owned by Live Nation Entertainment and acts as Ticketmaster's festival arm.

THE TEAM:
Our product development team is responsible for designing and building the technical solutions that make up North America's premier festival ticketing platform. We are a modestly sized group that takes pride in the breadth of our product offerings and our ability to delivery timely results. Our products cover (but are not limited to) ecommerce, box office management, marketing, fulfillment services, and on-site access control. With a full calendar year of live events on the horizon, we're looking for individuals to help us design and build the next generation of tools for our best-in-class platform.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Drive products and concepts working with the extended team of product managers, designers, engineers, and operational teams.
• Write and present top-notch user stories and requirement documentation for cross functional scrum teams.
• Gather and develop requirements to from internal and external stakeholders utilizing a variety of surveying techniques.
• Work day-to-day with engineering and design to incrementally deliver projects assigned.
• Act as an internal evangelist for the assigned product(s).
• Intake and triage issues from FGT staff to determine priority of task.
• Conduct product demonstrations for a variable audience.
• Work with Sr. Leadership to set roadmap, strategy and vision for your respective engineering team.

WHAT YOU BRING:
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience within ticketing, live events, event management, or related industries a plus.
• Ability to think holistically and connect the dots between enterprise level tools and end user experiences.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills to interact with our internal team, and the greater FGT organization.
• Experience working directly with engineering and design and utilizing at least one of the following methodologies: Kanban, Scrum, Lean, Double Diamond.
• Direct experience working in eCommerce, API-based products, or a content management system.
• Ability to dissect data sets and garner meaningful insights.
