You'll partner closely with other internal Marketing divisions to define new opportunities, tools, and processes for how these teams can scale their impact.

THE JOB

Live Nation is looking for a highly motivated and organized product manager to join the concerts marketing organization. This role will work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing team through technology tools and systems. This role will see projects through from discovery and conception to implementation and launch and will play a key role in each step of the journey. The ideal candidate will set targets and key metrics to monitor the effectiveness of their product after launch to identify opportunities to improve our processes as business needs evolve.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Gain a deep understanding of marketing tools and systems, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that support the efficiency of marketing operations and ultimately drive the growth of the LN business
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally (marketing) and with key external (other LNE teams) partners
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
• Work closely with developers to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with internal stakeholders, executives, and other product management team members
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Solicit feedback on marketing products and services from key users of our products to identify areas for improvement
• Develop timelines, prioritize tasks, plan resources, identify risks and contingency plans
• Utilize trends and knowledge of the competitive landscape to identify gaps in the current product
• Develop a sufficient understanding of technical context to help make better, faster decisions, and work closely with engineers on solutions

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Zapier, Lucid Charts and other SaaS software
• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Superior project management skills are a must for timely and effective delivery
• The ability to self-prioritize is critical to achieve deadlines, while maintaining an exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in managing and influencing varying levels of stakeholders
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Adaptable to changing needs and priorities and are able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• A creative mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
