JOB DESCRIPTION – Pricing Support Specialist - Pricemaster

Location: West Hollywood, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Chicago, IL; Bala Cynwyd, PA; or New York, NY

Division: Ticketmaster, Enterprise & Premium Services

Line Manager: Director, Client Development

Contract Terms: Full-Time/Regular

A dedicated team focused on bringing to market best-in-class pricing and distribution products to drive revenue and sales growth amongst clients.

THE JOB

Enable clients to maximize sales and revenue potential through dynamic pricing with the use of the Pricemaster application. Provide clients a turnkey experience by ensuring all operational requirements have been completed to allow for successful dynamic pricing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Become an expert on the Pricemaster application and operational requirements
• Compile and track operational requirements across clients and events to identify successful setup and escalate and resolve errors as necessary
• Work directly with clients to verify and obtain details in support of operational requirements for Pricemaster setup on events
• Review, track, communicate, and escalate operational requirements with Ticketmaster personnel to ensure Pricemaster compatibility with all events for all supported clients.
• Solicit, manage, and track client constraints and settings within the Pricemaster application
• Provide product support for the Pricemaster application escalating issues when necessary and communicating resolutions and timelines to clients
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating instructions, best practices, and documentations to clients to aide in Pricemaster setup and support
• Perform regular review and maintenance of Pricemaster application to ensure proper hygiene of events, images, statuses, and other areas of site usability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• 2+ years' experience with the Ticketmaster Host system with a strong focus on event setup and operational details
• Experience working with cross functional teams through case management systems (Salesforce, JIRA)
• Experience working in Excel to compile, organize, and manipulate operational data for tracking, reporting, and issue identification

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to understand, organize, and work with sets of operational data
• Service-oriented with an ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
• Calm and collected when working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines for work completion
