The Role:

The Presentation Designer will be responsible for creating various documents, presentations, and pitches for Live Nation Touring, Venues and Corporate divisions. You are a storyteller who can communicate effectively through engaging visuals, copy and layouts.

Responsibilities:
• Elevate Live Nation presentations for artist pitches, executive meetings and off-site events
• Convey a rich story/visual experience targeted to various audiences
• Work closely with team leads to adapt talking points into clear and engaging narrative/visual layouts
• Collaborate with designers, tour marketers, digital media team, creative producers, social team and executives to integrate photos, video, images, data, screenshots, copy into presentations
• Produce miscellaneous required visual documents
• Maintain Live Nation brand and company message throughout creative
• Create presentation templates for both internal teams use and company-wide distribution
• Develop infographics to highlight business milestones and metrics
• Collect / communicate business recap data and information in a visual execution
• Incorporate motion, transitions and animation to support presentation story

Qualifications:
• Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other solutions
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
• Proactive with ideas for innovative storytelling
• Upholding brand guidelines and possessing a strong knowledge of design standards
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard
• Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
• Ability to adapt, communicate and manage in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with non-designers on projects
• Keen attention to accuracy and detail
• Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems
• Committed to continuous learning and personal development
• Ability to work independently as well with a team
