THE JOB

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Premium Sales & Guest Services Agent for its destination events. We produce intimate and exclusive experiences where everyone is a VIP and no detail is overlooked. This role will oversee all premium sales and work closely with the guest services team. The ideal candidate excels at building and maintaining client relationships, is detail-oriented, organized, articulate, and self-motivated. This candidate will join our expert team of passionate travel and music lovers.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Maximize company revenue by developing and selling new and exciting white-glove custom experiences for event guests
• Work with international providers to build luxury custom packages based on each guest's needs
• Complete research on activation and experience opportunities
• Build proposals and presentations for custom offerings for all facets of travel eperiences
• Develop and manage group sales accounts
• Manage on-site villa sales and communication for each event
• Provide communication support to Guest Services team during high incoming traffic events
• Ensure consistent exemplary communication and timely responses to all guests
• Assist premium sales guests on-site throughout the events

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2-4 years of experience working in Sales
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to get all tasks and assignments done in a timely manner while managing your own workload and day to day schedule
• Ability to maintain, control and communicate deadlines, roadblocks, and escalations as needed
• Ability to provide leadership, prioritize, organize, motivate, problem solve, delegate, follow up, and communicate
• Willingness to adopt new project management tools and communication platforms as used by the company
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
