Job Description
• Venue employee.• Assists Premium Club Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities
• Responsible for removal of all Premium Club and box seat furniture covers and ensuring everything is covered at the end of show
• Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc.. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)
• Aids in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and PSS team
