THE JOB

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Marketing & Social Coordinator for its destination events. We produce intimate and exclusive experiences where everyone is a VIP and no detail is overlooked. This role will assist with marketing activity including, digital, social, PR, and advertising. The ideal candidate excels at client service while juggling numerous tasks simultaneously. This candidate will join our expert team of passionate travel and music lovers.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Work directly with Marketing & onsale Manager to execute digital marketing strategy and best in class engagement tactics across all social platforms. Including but not limited to the following:
• Social Media - management and execution of the event and internal content calendars, inclusive of copywriting, media sourcing, boosting, reporting, etc.
• Community Management - help extend the reach of our company and events by engaging with every single person who engages with one of our properties, including mentions, comments, messages, etc.
• Graphic Design - minimal image creation or re-sizing for digital and traditional advertising assets
• Newsletters – maintain email calendar (both guest communication and marketing emails), assist with copywriting, content sourcing, execution, and reporting (as well as list organization + guest funnel) where needed.
• Assist Creative team with deadlines and miscellaneous content requests to ensure that necessary creative is built for all marketing channels in a consistent and timely manner.

On-site Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to build out all on-site communications in advance, including but not limited to social media, mobile apps, guest communications, newsletters, etc.
• Manage all social media pages, mobile app, website, YouTube, and more on-site
• Analyze and report on all marketing efforts and work with Marketing Manager to prepare YOY stats docs + final marketing recaps to present to partners and artist teams after each event
• Ongoing: execute industry-leading digital campaigns with engaged followings, appealing feeds, and refreshing guest service interactions

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1-2 years experience working in Marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Working knowledge of all relevant social media platforms and content types as well as best practices for each channel
• Ability to get all tasks and assignments done in a timely manner while managing your own work-load and day to day schedule
• Ability to maintain, control and communicate deadlines, roadblocks, and escalations as needed
• Ability to provide leadership, prioritize, organize, motivate, problem solve, delegate, follow up, and communicate
• Willingness to adopt new project management tools and communication platforms as used by the company
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
