Ticketmaster's Client Marketing team leverages the largest database of live event fans in the world to deliver outstanding performance and return for clients through proprietary marketing products and services.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for providing Ticketmaster's marketers and clients with e xceptional marketing support, guidance and best practices. Serv ing as the backbone of the client marketing services and product team, you will take full ownership of deliver ing best in class support and education for tag /pixel management, marketing anal y tics, and other performance marketing
offerings to some of the largest live entertainment and sports clients in the world.

Additional responsibilities include offering strategic guidance and recommendations for automations and new client marketing products, coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns and supporting team KPIs.

The ideal candidate excels at building deep relationships while effectively managing both client expectations and internal teams supporting client deliverables. The successful Marketing
Operations Manager marries knowledge o f the digital advertising ecosystem (Tag management, campaign tracking, Google Analytics) and data (SQL , marketing data analytics, data visualisation ) with excellent time management and communication skills, to ensure flawless tracking, execution and reporting
of client campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support flawless execution of complex digital marketing campaigns, marketing analytics and other initiatives , working closely with internal teams , clients and external partners
• Own and m anage pixel / tag placement education, best practises and troubleshooting for clients and internal marketing teams
• Manage the marketing reporting solution, administration, processes, workflows and troubleshooting
• Serve as the 'Internal Expert': Document and educate clients and internal teams on campaign tracking and reporting best practices (Search, Social, Programmatic.. )
• Understand and leverage knowledge of ticketing data & ticketing software infrastructure
• Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers
• Lead calls and meetings with clients
• Guide clients in effective usage of Ticketmaster products and services, including tracking and reporting applications
• Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge

REQUIREMENTS
• A proven track record of success in marketing operations or ad operations
or marketing data analytics
• Expertise in pixel/tag management and frontend browser technology
• A deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including programmatic display, paid social and SEM
• Strong data skills: Excel, SQL & data visualization. Marketing data experience a big plus.
• Current knowledge of Privacy Practices and applications (CCPA, CPRA, GDRP, IAB, Apple ITP/iOS14+, Privacy Sandbox)
• Experience with products such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch
• D igital media agency experience a plus
• Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day
operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Creative problem-solver
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
