THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to aid in the development and implementation of the above across the organization. You must have knowledge of marketing and creative workflows as well as project management best practices. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders and creatives across departments in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate knows how to use both sides of their brain equally and is passionate about making cool stuff happen.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, plan and execute creative campaigns
• Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels to increase efficiency and enable communication
• Project manage through multiple connected workstreams
• Streamline creative output by providing input on processes regarding task, time, and file management, approval protocol, and quality control
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external team members
• Some administrative help (meeting scheduling, expense reports, etc.) as needed for Sr. Executives
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1-2+ years of coordinator and/or project management experience in a creative or marketing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
• The ability to objectively assess processes, implement based on direction and goals, and recommend improvements
• A love of tackling tough problems and flexibility in the midst of change
• Ability to anticipate needs, weigh the potential outcomes of choices, and balance needs with constraints
• A positive attitude and a passion for marketing and the creative process
• Ability to evaluate from multiple viewpoints
• Experience with project management systems (Asana, JIRA, Monday, etc.) is a plus!
