THE JOB

We're seeking a highly motivated Brand Partnerships Manager who is responsible for leading a variety of Sponsorship related duties. The Manager is required to professionally integrate, manage, and execute partnership deliverables across multiple departments, outside agencies, and sponsors.

In this role you'll become an expert in the business of dance music who embodies both a passion for music and a love for festival culture. You will work closely with the world's most valued brands by helping them integrate authentically and creatively into the most dynamic festival environments, all while enhancing the experience of Live Nation's fans.

This position reports to our Director of Business Development.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Work collaboratively with team members across LNMS and Insomniac teams to delivery seamless sponsorship integrations.
• Support fulfillment and operations, including onsite festival operations, ticketing and credential management, activation support, transportation, and act as a general onsite client liaison.
• Facilitate and oversee sponsorship integration for social and digital assets.
• Support account management of select clients and partnerships.
• Support business development of regional sales opportunities, vetting and developing partnerships for select festivals.
• Create decks, tools, and sales presentation materials.
• Support research and provide data to keep deals and business development moving forward.
• Support sales process with follow ups, diligence, outline development, and correspondence.
• Manage reporting and distribution of sales and pipeline data.
• Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A PASSION – bordering on obsession - for Music and Live Events
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• At least 5 years sponsorship or brand experience
• Self-starter, creative, team player with a positive attitude
• Superior organizational and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with multiple departments, marketing partners and external clients in a professional and personable manner
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote)
• A penchant for to juggle multiple projects and rapidly changing deliverables at once, prioritizing and re-prioritizing multiple times each day.
• A strong sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and professionalism.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
