Role Description
An opportunity has arisen to join a facilities management team at the world's leading music and entertainment business on a full-term contract. The position will report into the facilities coordinator and will work alongside new and existing roles within the facilities team. The main purpose of the role is to work parallel with the facilities coordinator and fully support with the day to day running of the office/business providing a 5-star customer service to Live Nation staff.

What the role includes?
• Help and support the facilities coordinator with the day to day operations of the building.
• Dealing with queries via face to face, telephone and email
• Heavy Lifting
• Liaising with all couriers and porters
• Logging and tracking all parcels and deliveries
• Distributing and collecting mail around building
• Carrying boxes, copier paper and other items that may be required
• Help reception with restocking Stationary supplies
• Support the facilities coordinator with the onsite and offsite storage
• Reprographics - Photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating and typing, amending and printing documentation as instructed
• Helping with ad hoc requests from the facilities coordinator and staff.
• Distribute the milk, fruit and papers in the morning
• To book and record all outgoing couriers as requested
• Monitor tickets on the Help Desk for any mail room related requests.
• To assist the facilities coordinator with general handyman tasks.
• Assist with room set-ups when required
• Assist with general day to day requests from staff
• Arrange handover of tasks as and when holidays are taken.
• Distribute milk to the tea points and canteen and replenish all the coffee machines.
• Out of hours and weekend work as and when required by the facilities manager
Shared Responsibilities
• Incoming/outgoing post, couriers, deliveries etc shared responsibility with receptionist/Postroom Assistant as and when required.
• Work alongside the reception manager to ensure all internal/external onsite events/meetings run safely and smoothly to a high standard
