THE JOB

We are seeking an Payroll Coordinator (Production department) for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Onboard union stagehands & seasonal production staff in Workday
• Review all Stewards Reports for accuracy against CBA
• In depth knowledge of all CBA's in the region
• Field employee emails/phone calls payroll issues
• Enter Stewards Reports for all union labor into ABI
• Ensure overtime rules would be met
• Ensured ABI (timekeeping system) matched 100% to the Stewards Report
• Maintain a gross wage/benefit grid for each pay period that payroll uses to pay union benefits
• Ensure annual increases get updated in Workday
• Schedule Production Runners as needed for all shows
• Schedule van needs as required for all show
• Recruit runners as needed
• Be onsite at all Fenway Park engagements assist the Production Department as required
• Assist in processing production invoices for payment
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Zero to two years comparable work experience
• Flexible availability (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
• Open to traveling to venues in the market as needed
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) preferred, or 2+ years with a similar timekeeping system
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of Workday and ADP Payroll platforms preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
• College degree in related field preferred
