Key-Account Manager/in Music & Entertainment PL

THE JOB

The Key-Account Manager/in Music & Entertainment is the face of Ticketmaster PL towards Live Nation Poland and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional tour wide support for their key artist, promoters and agency clients and acts as their advocate within the organization, representing their interests within Ticketmaster to meet/exceed the established goals.

The Key-Account Manager/in Music & Entertainment is an expert on all relevant TM products and services in order to educate the artist promoter community and help them reach their overall business goals. This role is also relied upon to be a valuable resource in assessing the viability and success of tour offerings, as well as to provide critical insight into the touring business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• You will be the advocate of your account, working closely with a wide array of internal stakeholders, like product, operations and support, event programming, finance and of course with the local and regional sales & marketing team.
• Provide support for the development and execution of strategic plans regarding cooperation with promoters/music clients. Uncover and pursue opportunities to enable the further development of TM in Poland/CER region
• Become a specialist in the unique needs of our promoter and artist clients to guide internal development of Ticketmaster product and services
• Work closely with your client to introduce and educate them on various Ticketmaster programs/tools such as, but not limited to: VIP, Platinum, Verified Fan and digital ticketing, SmartQueue, abuse prevention and TM1
• Configure Ticketmaster's suite of products and services into tour-specific, customized ticketing & marketing campaigns; enabling artists and promoters to capture data and demand, sell more tickets, connect with more fans, optimize pricing, maximize revenue, understand their data, and prevent abuse
• First line support of day-to-day client needs; take the lead in managing and motivating different team members toward meeting client expectations regarding tour objectives and outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth within your segment
• What new products can we build that will help artists better meet their touring goals?

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of music industry experience
• A strong understanding of the music industry in Poland
• No matter how stressfull the day gets, you keep your composure and professional Demeanor
• Ability to promote new business opportunities to existing and potential clients/partners
• Previous experience and a network in the entertainment industry preferred
• Self-starter, with a bias toward action and execution, who demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental projects, for teams working towards the same goal
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the company.
• An understanding of marketing (especially digital and social media marketing) for music artists is a huge plus.
