The role is within the LNA and will support the Senior Finance Business Partner & Management Accountant - Venues with management of the finance function primarily through coordination of finance activities, effective, timely and accurate reporting of accounts for the business, ensuring appropriate corporate controls and governance requirements are adhered to, and achieving the operational, financial and business objectives of the business.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Working within the venues finance team to support senior staff and produce event reporting, analysis, and commentary
• Responsible for event project accounting and related general ledger entries as well as event metrics of show count and tickets
• Liaising with Venue Teams to ensure accuracy and confidence in the Settlement & Profit and Loss calculations for each event
• Producing show settlements & arranging payments to hirers
• Record and analyse variances between event actuals and forecast as well as prepare reconciliations for project balances
• Monthly reconciliation of event project accounting in line with the month end timetable
• Update actual event costs in the event reporting system
• Assist with internal & external audits and ensure adherence to systems of internal control
• Debtor management and control
• Ad-Hoc Duties as required

Who and what are we looking for?
• Minimum of Two (2) years' experience in a similar role and working towards CA / CPA
• High level computer literacy, proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a quality output
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated true passion for music.
