THE JOB

The Touring Finance team is in search of a highly motivated individual to join our team as Jr Analyst. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about music, possesses a professional work ethic and is eager to learn. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team supporting the exciting world of concerts. This role will support the both the tour analysts and management, with opportunity for growth.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist tour analysts with weekly wire requests
• Maintain a rapidly changing touring calendar of all upcoming tours
• Update and manage various artist tracking files
• Assist with preparation of monthly forecast files
• Provide support for booking and finance team throughout forecast process, running reports and updating schedules
• Update monthly artist schedules
• Assist with review of monthly Accounting schedules, as needed
• Obtain approvals according to internal requirements for artist related requests
• Manage team file organization
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiencies
• Additional opportunities within the Touring Finance team, as they arise

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Associates Degree or higher in Business, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
• Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Excel required, experience with MS Office products
• Ability to meet critical deadlines by balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and quality work
• Must show accountability, be proactive, have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Independent, self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality of Company records
