The Role:
The HR Coordinator will report in to a Regional HR Manager. This individual is responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties in the field including but not limited to, assisting in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files and, completing assigned tasks to effectively manage the recruitment, hiring, and transfer processes in the HRIS system.
What You Need:
Required:
• 1 year of Human Resource or related experience
• Basic understanding of human resource functions
• Knowledge of all related computer applications
• Understanding of State Employment laws and statutes, as well as human resource reporting and recordkeeping requirements
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and service-oriented manner with direct supervisor, leaders and peers. Excellent communication via email, conference call and periodic phone updates is essential
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
• Well organized and able to prioritize in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Strong typing and computer application skills
• Able and motivated to assist and support others
• Able to operate telephone, PC, copier and other basic business machines
• Additional related Human Resources education and/or training
• Food & Beverage/Hospitality/Live entertainment industry experience
• Flexible schedule
What You'll Do:
• Support functions of daily venue operations
• Assist in training, leading and developing team to achieve excellence in guest experience
• Additional job responsibilities as assigned
