Role Description
The HR Administrator will support and assist the HR Advisor, Live Nation and AMG HR Managers and Live Nation and AMG Recruitment Manager to deliver an accurate, timely and efficient internal service to the business and its affiliates' multi-site Client Group. This role will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide administrative support for recruitment service.
The HR Administrator will also support the UK HR Director as required.

• Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and in house HRIS system)
• Experience using Workday would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
• An understanding of current UK employment law
• Effective support for the HR Team enabling constant improvements for the department and the business
• Excellent time management skills
• Displays ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines without compromising accuracy

What the role includes
HR Administration
• Provide administration support to the HR Managers and Senior HR Team
• Administer HR-related documentation and employee files ensuring that all relevant documents are accurately kept digitally on file, i.e., visa checks, new contracts with increased notice periods and confirmation of acceptance of these by employees, maternity letters etc.
• Assist the HR Advisor with the on-boarding Going Live experience. This includes sending out welcome emails to all new starters and hiring managers, diarising probationary periods, ensuring the Induction tracker is updated regularly
• Ensure all employee contracts and amendments are promptly drafted, sent and saved on to digital files to enable easy accessibility of accurate employee information from any location
• Report and monitor sickness absence ensuring it is recorded in the HR system
• Draft extension of probationary letters and send to HR Manager to check
• Ensure managers are carrying out new starter legal working checks and log all those with work visas, keeping the Sponsorship Visa log updated with all necessary information
• Process visa letters for employees who are travelling for business purposes and inform the HR Managers of these
• Provide support for the HR Advisor and HR Managers in project work as and when required
• Draft maternity confirmation letters and check that a risk assessment has been conducted
• Take accurate minutes of any HR attended meetings such as disciplinaries and grievance hearings
• Proactively participate in HR projects to develop the HR function
• Assist HR Advisor with employee relations administration including sickness, disciplinaries, flexible working etc.
• Assist with administering training and other HR led learning events
Recruitment Administration
• Assist the Recruitment Manager with managing recruitment campaigns
• Advertise vacancies on internal and external online resources using the ATS system (Workday) on job boards and social media channels
• Provide ongoing maintenance/updates when required to adverts
• Coordinate content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
• Close adverts and manage candidates on the ATS system (Workday)
• Provide Workday support to hiring managers
• Administration for job specific assessments
• Video interviewing platform co-ordination
• Screen and shortlist CVs for junior roles
