THE JOB

The Head of Revenue Strategy for Venue Nation will be a key leader, overseeing all efforts to maximize revenue generation across our varied venue portfolio. Spanning the continental US, our venues range from smaller clubs to large outdoor amphitheaters. This individual will be responsible for partnering with every segment within Venue Nation and be responsible to analyze all revenue related activity and identify / recommend new revenue opportunities.

In addition, the Head of Revenue Strategy will instill a revenue management culture with a focus on supporting the division's financial metrics. Doing all of this while embracing Live Nation's mission and dedication to employee success.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own strategic revenue-growth opportunities for all aspects of Venue Nation
• Partner with verticals within Venue Nation to identify revenue growth opportunities (F&B, Premium Products, Ticketing, Season Seats, Special Event Sales)
• Develop financially-driven business plans for all opportunities that require capital investment or a reflect a change to a current business practice
• Proactively identify strategic opportunities to improve revenue growth, partnering with internal teams across all verticals
• Own long term capital planning for the division.
• Own the CER process for all new venue opportunities and existing venue lease extensions
• Facilitate data-driven predictions to forecast future opportunities and needs, set earning goals, and monitor progress towards these goals throughout the year
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to regularly review venues individually and the division as a whole
• Build reporting tools to track progress, create graphs or models, and incorporate into presentations to review with executives
• Lead both direct and indirect reports, embracing Live Nation's development culture to guide and grow the next generation of Venue Nation leaders
• Along side Venue Nation leadership, generate department and regional specific metrics for all revenue generating functions within our venues
• Analyze industry/competitor trends and economic data and communicate findings to the field and leaders
• Train newly acquired or built venues on Venue Nation's revenue management best practices

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 7+ years of Revenue Management experience
• 4+ years in a regional or corporate leadership role, ideally supporting multiple unites nationwide
• Expert analytical skills and tools to make the most of the data readily available and mine data that isn't currently being explored
• Ingenuity, finding creative solutions to roadblocks, both known and predicted
• A collaborative mindset, able to capitalize on the team's strengths and work between all levels of the organization
• Strong communicator to express findings, hurdles, and successes with executive teams across the division
• High technical aptitude, adapting to systems and software used by Venue Nation currently and finding innovative ways to engage these tools further
