THE JOB

This position assists the Femme It Forward booking team in all necessary aspects. This includes office administration, contract administration support, booking reseach, tour settlement as well

as tour and venue production. This is a full time temporary (40 hours per week), temp to hire position. The temporary period may last for three months. At the end of the three months, full-time employment may be offered.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide daily support to the President & CEO of Femme It Forward, and other members of the touring team, which includes but is not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Schedule and calendar upkeep
• Monthly expenses
• Book travel
• Update contact information and organizational charts for the department
• Weekly report of upcoming shows/events in all venues
• Prepare agendas for various calls/meetings
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Research artist history across varying platforms and documents
• Place holds, manage tour calendars, confirm dates for artist tours
• Create tour workbooks for department reference. This includes but is not limited to:
• Highlighting presales and on-sales
• o Show information including door times, venue restrictions, etc.
• Partner with local and national ticketing and contract reps to ensure tour data is accurate
• Assist in administration for booking events, amphitheaters, arenas, and theaters.
• Assist in drafting artist offers for manager review. Learn and use internal booking

programs (ROME, Box & Ticketmaster) to create offers, obtain ticket counts and

confirmations memos.
• Various follow up and discussion with talent, agents, and/or managers on elements of

event to help facilitate event confirmation.
• Assist in analysis, organize research projects in various capacities including comparative

ticket sales, artist performance history, and venue expenses.
• Manage internal documentation using internal booking systems, calendars, and ticketing

schedules.
• Coordinate with production and accounting department and maintain a monthly show

and events schedule.
• Assist with additional projects when necessary
• Complete other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Strong verbal / written communication, phone etiquette, computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Photoshop or similar programs
• Music industry or talent agency experience highly preferred
• Experience with systems such as Ticketmaster and SalesForce is a plus
• Ability to engage in positive interaction with co-workers, executives and high-level industry professionals; prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
• Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, forecast issues and handle last-minute projects to meet deadlines
• Proficient typing skills required (ability to type 60 wpm)
