Contract Terms: 3 months' probation period, if successful – fixed term employee contract for 1 year

THE TEAM

Ticketmaster Poland provides ticketing services to major polish promoters and event organizers. We are constantly growing, which is why we are looking for an Event Creation Specialist. After a break due to Coronavirus, concerts and other artistic and sporting events returned with renewed vigour. THE JOB

As an Event Creation Specialist you will work in close liaison with promoters and event organizers, sharing your ticketing knowledge and experience with them. Successful applicant will become part of the biggest events taking place in Poland - will be responsible for the preparation of events for sale, monitoring and reporting sales to clients and will also attend events to support clients onsite. Internally within Ticketmaster, you will be cooperating with Operations team, IT, marketing, customer care and finance dept.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Supporting the Operations Manager and other team members in the Event Creation department
• Creating events in the ticketing system, managing pre sales and on sales, overseeing the implementation of sales from the very start through to the event day
• Preparing basic venue maps
• Conducting a rigorous audit of all events
• Reporting sales data internally and to Clients
• Collaborating closely with event organizers and internal Ticketmaster departments
• Supporting Clients during events onsite
• Business travel

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Experience working in ticketing or with other IT sales/reservation systems (hotel systems, airlines)
• Experience of working with Clients and establishing relations
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English – a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with graphic programmes (Photoshop, Gimp)
