THE TEAM

We are a global team of contact center and IT professionals that support the infrastructure and technology platforms for 25 global contact centers.

THE JOB

Responsible for supporting Ticketmaster's server systems and software platforms. Provides technical support on systems used by the Contact Center. Performs desktop and software systems configuration, which includes logical, electrical, and physical attributes. Maintains desktop and software licensing inventory. Works with various departments and vendors to coordinate network and software troubleshooting, deployment, maintenance, version and licencing control, and maintain an organized work environment. Responsible for providing support of the global technology footprint in the US and international contact centers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Highly skilled in Linux OS, including shell scripting
• Strong background in technologies including:
• Scripting in Bash
• SysAdmin - configuration
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code, preferably Ansible
• Have a genuine desire to learn technologies and be a change driver within the organization.
• Must be able to independently design and create solutions.
• Must be able to prioritize and productively work on multiple simultaneous projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major preferred or equivalent experience. Master's degree a plus.
• 3+ years systems development or administration
• 3+ years Linux shell scripting experience
