Location: West Hollywood, CA and Scottsdale, AZ

Division: Accounts

Line Manager: Sr. Manager - Software

Contract Terms: Full Time / Regular

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Design and implement solutions
• Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs.
• Act as a contributing member of the project team/s from project inception to completion
• Actively listen to problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans
• Provide advice and make recommendations about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects.
• Consistently monitor the scope of projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop resourcing and timelines for solutions
• Assess and evaluate risk as required
• Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader picture
• Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry
• Mentor, educate and train colleagues as requested.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
• Minimum 4 years of professional front-end web application development experience
• 3+ years of experience of Web Development
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS, HTML/CSS
• 3+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot 2
• Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in and easily digestible manner
• Experience with web security, SEO & accessibility best practices.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extremely well organized and works efficiently
• Ability to problem solve under various sorts of constraints, stress, frustrated users and/or deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving excellence and best practices
