Designation - Engineer 3 Java
Location: India
Contract term: Permanent
What this role will do:
• 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development, building and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems particularly using Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, writing effective unit tests and integration tests.
• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS).
• Experience with Gitlab, CI/CD.
• Good debugging skills, reading logs and identifying issues and solving them efficiently.
• Experience working with observability platforms, systems like Splunk, open search, Prometheus, Grafana etc are plus.
• Understanding of Payments Domain, PCI Compliance and Security Best Practices are plus.
• Ability to meet commitments and multitask in a fast-paced work environment & in a fully remote team.
• Effective communicator, written and oral, as this role requires cross-team collaboration.
