THE ROLE:

Live Nation is looking for world class Director, Product Design for Live Nation's website and app. This is a key role on an entrepreneurial team with the resources, exposure, and customer base of the world's leading live entertainment company. You will lead our Product Design efforts for the LN Digital group's ongoing and new product initiatives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Create beautifully crafted, highly usable and engaging user experiences that support customer needs and business objectives
• Manage other Product Designers' workflow and backlog
• Own the creative development workflow and suggest improvements to improve team quality and efficiency
• Effectively define and document user problems, principles, and details
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on product design requirements
• Collaborate on the buildout of tests to validate and optimize products
• Develop and maintain design standards and libraries for team

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Proven record of successfully delivering product designs for highly trafficked, consumer-facing web and native apps
• Managed other creatives/creative teams
• Portfolio demonstrates outstanding visual and interaction design skills
• Proactive problem-solving, design process, and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in current design tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, and Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Javascript
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
