Role Description
The Director, Diversity & Inclusion is integral to our commitment to advance and accelerate diversity, equity and inclusion within our workplace. Reporting to the Global VP, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), this individual is a member of the LNE D&I and Human Resources (HR) organisations and possesses skills to help design, develop, execute and measure global Diversity & Inclusion programmes at Live Nation. The Director, Diversity & Inclusion will work closely with the Global VP, D&I, the broader D&I team and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, business leaders, HR business partners, and colleagues at all levels across the global organisation. This role will drive D&I programmes to ensure the broader strategy and organisational goals are met and equitable and inclusive practices are integrated into the business and our people programmes.

• Project and change management experience - incorporating appropriate methodology into diversity programmes from concept to evaluation with proven success prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Proven leadership skills and track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed, decentralized, and fast-paced organisation
• Established network and knowledge of relevant resources across global markets which pertain to diversity, equity and inclusion-driven efforts and advocacy
• Breadth of experience with and knowledge of a variety of cultural issues and needs at a global and local country level
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills to
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, develop effective working relationships, facilitate dialogue and coach across all levels of the organisation
• Exceptional analytical ability and evaluative thinking skills; demonstrated ability to analyze data, spot trends, draw insights and leverage data to evaluate programmes, inform decision-making and translate into action and meaningful impact.
• Naturally inquisitive with demonstrated desire to experiment and grow
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage in relevant, strategic business and employee talent discussions with leaders at all levels
Qualifications:
• Demonstrable progressive experience in Human Resources, including D&I programme management at a Senior Manager level or above
• Strong listening and communication skills; experience presenting to, training and engaging audiences and facilitating dialogue at all levels
• Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders to deliver successful D&I outcomes
• Experience working in a global environment operating and integrating D&I strategies and programmes across multiple geographies, cultures and organisations
• Knowledge of and experience providing expert advice on anti-discrimination/equality legislation in UK & other global markets
• Ability and willingness to travel, including internationally, as needed for appropriate key meetings and forums
• Prior HRIS experience, Workday experience a plus
What the role includes
• Develop tailored diversity and inclusion roadmaps that align with Live Nation's D&I strategy, integrate into business and talent processes and deliver impactful results in support of key business objectives
• Collaborate with Human Resources, internal stakeholders, external partners, leaders and LNE's Employee Resource Groups across the globe, bringing new approaches and iterating on existing programs of work to continuously improve the overall employee experience and advance our culture of inclusion
• Identify and respond to both regional and local country D&I needs, providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and counsel on efforts to attract, develop, advance, engage and retain a diverse global workforce
• Assess and implement programmes leveraging all aspects of programme management – stakeholder analysis, delivery mechanisms, communications, metrics, adoption planning and post-implementation support
• Establish clear and achievable objectives and manage project priorities within established timelines and quality measures
• Leverage data and metrics to measure progress and impact, inform our approach and communicate priorities
• Maintain a pulse on emerging diversity, equity and inclusion-related practices and trends through research, external networks and organisations and apply a strategic lens to continuously assess the external indices and partnerships LNE should leverage as frameworks to advise and advance our D&I agenda
