THE JOB
This Director – B2B Marketing, North America will be responsible for engaging Ticketmaster's robust and diverse North American client base. Fueling client touchpoints throughout the sales and retention cycle, you will lead a team of B2B marketers to plan, create, coordinate, and deliver content that showcases Ticketmaster's industry-leading offering and unmatched value. You will be perceptive to business needs and competitive insights as you work collaboratively with a variety of teams (Global Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications etc.) across the global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior marketing professional to join the North America team at a thriving time for our business.
THE TEAM
The Director - B2B Marketing, North America will report directly to the VP - Sales Enablement & B2B Marketing, North America. The role will collaborate directly with the Global Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Communication teams, among others.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Champion the Ticketmaster story across scalable marketing treatments and channels.
• Plan, execute and measure strategic campaigns focused on engagement and lead generation, targeting specific products and services to specific categories of client.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Global Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Communications teams, among others, to create and deliver both internal and external content and collateral.
• Oversee Ticketmaster's B2B social media strategy.
• Develop a feedback loop with sales teams to refine focus and elevate delivery.
• Seek out and partner with third-party platforms to allow Ticketmaster to reach current and prospective clients in new and innovative ways.
• Work with the industry events team and public relations team to identify opportunities for representation at key events and build support materials for B2B event programs we host.
• Manage and mentor a team of B2B marketers, in many cases remotely.
• Have your finger on the pulse of the live events world to identify current and future needs.
• Other responsibilities, as defined by business requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED – EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience required
• Experience leading a diverse team required
• Ticketing system business development understanding preferred
• A gift for storytelling and a knack for simplifying the complex
• Hands-on experience with a CRM required (Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred)
• Microsoft suite proficiency required
• Ability to manage and collaborate with team members working remotely
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
