THE JOB

The Director of Asset Exposure will be responsible for managing a variety of functions specific to fan-facing venue assets, in particular – signage and signage related assets. This role will manage day to day inventory and projects related to specific assets such as signage, concert vision, and social moments, among others. This role will ensure the integrity and innovation of our venue exposure assets and keep all stakeholders focused on following established branding and content guidelines. In addition, the role will lead and pursue potential revenue and business development opportunities for these particular assets in collaboration with the LNMS product team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

There are two main facets to this role – management and business development.

Management responsibilities:
• Create guidelines and standardize processes for all venue assets with specific brand exposure capabilities.
• Build best practices for these particular assets in terms of brand alignment in partnership with Venue Nation.
• Assist with oversight of exposure-related asset inventory in conjunction with Asset Portfolio Manager.
• Liaison internally with Venue Brand Management Team in terms of inventory, brand guidelines and available opportunities.
• Streamline communication with National Brand Management Team as to revised and updated exposure policies and opportunities.
• Identify problems in process and resolve.
• Team up with LNMS Production to ensure feasibility and viability of said assets.

Business Development responsibilities:
• Identify and drive innovation across venues, in terms of exposure assets as outlined, in partnership with LNMS Product Team.
• Generate new, unique exposure opportunities within the venues in partnership with VN.
• Support sales and integrated marketing with inclusion and development of new and/or revised exposure assets.
• Create, track and oversee Salesforce opportunities for all VN exposure asset

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Minimum 3 years-experience in inventory management
• Minimum 3 years-experience working with signage and venue-related operational tasks
• Product knowledge within asset exposure industry
• Business Development experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
• Some travel required
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
