Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work within the Business Development and Marketing team in the Private Members Club department, working across four club brands in two of our venues, 3Arena and Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. You will work with the team to drive awareness of each of our club brands, working with business development to run digital, social and email campaigns that will generate leads for each club. Additionally, you will manage the 3Arena venue website ensuring that content is maintained and optimised.

You will work within a growing and dynamic team of marketing and business development professionals who are passionate about entertainment and the arts. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow and work cross functionally as the business needs dictate. Flexibility is required to work in this industry as some evening and weekend work may be necessary.

Who you are?

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• A digital marketing professional with 3+ years' experience
• Previous experience of working with email marketing systems
• A good understanding of segmentation how to best harness data available to us
• A creative flair with the ability to create engaging and creative content
• Experience of advertising via social media and creating audiences
• Experience of working with creative and digital agencies and manging relationships
• Experience of working with Adobe Editor, Photoshop and Canva. In-Design a plus
• Experience of SEO, AdWords, Display, PPC, email marketing and social media

What the role includes?
• Manage and optimise content and performance across all three websites for the organisation.
• Deliver paid campaigns across Social and Search for four of our brands, driving lead generation.
• Responsible for creating content for websites, email campaigns and social media platforms.
• Create specific email marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns in order to optimise ROI, managing an annual calendar of activity that will adapt on a monthly basis as new events are announced.
• Identify ways in which we can better engage existing clients via our digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests to optimise online user experience and ensure the digital customer journey is best in practice.
• Monitor and identify trends and insights and make appropriate development recommendations.
• Report on and analyse marketing initiatives and website performance.
• Manage relationships with key vendors (Google, Facebook) to understand competitor strategies, new testing opportunities, and ensuring we are being innovative in our approach.
• Collaborate with team members and also cross-departmentally to leverage opportunities and learnings across the business.
• Evaluate any relevant emerging technologies and provide viewpoint for adapting where appropriate.
